Swag Central is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or incorrect address entry by the customer. If an order is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team, and we will assist in resolving the issue. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate, as we cannot replace or refund orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
